• We will provide a full written estimate before the funeral takes place and before any charge is incurred beyond what has been agreed.
• Prices shown are inclusive of the services stated. Third party fees are itemised separately for transparency.
• No additional mandatory charge will be applied without prior agreement.
• Where a service is required within a statutory cancellation period, written consent may be requested and charges may apply for services already provided.
• All accounts will show the estimate, any agreed changes, payments received and the final balance due

Lumina Funerals Ltd does not make donations, gratuities or other payments to third parties which would influence the choice of crematorium, cemetery, burial ground, minister, celebrant or related service provider. Where third party services are arranged, their charges are disclosed to the family as third party fees.
