- We will provide a full written estimate before the funeral takes place and before any charge is incurred beyond what has been agreed.
- Prices shown are inclusive of the services stated. Third party fees are itemised separately for transparency.
- No additional mandatory charge will be applied without prior agreement.
- Where a service is required within a statutory cancellation period, written consent may be requested and charges may apply for services already provided.
- All accounts will show the estimate, any agreed changes, payments received and the final balance due
